Kate has vast experience and contacts within the employment market all over New Zealand. In 2018, Kate sold Kinetic Recruitment to an overseas global; this company has over 150,000 employees, placing people worldwide.

Karen Stent has over 20 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, and Coaching, working across diverse industries and organisational levels.  Her expertise includes talent acquisition, employee development, leadership, and career coaching.  Among her achievements is leading the co-creation of an award-winning workplace recognised as one of New Zealand’s Top 10 Best Workplaces.  With deep insight into both employer and candidate perspectives, Karen offers strategic guidance and practical solutions.  She has also written two career workbooks on interview preparation and strategies to help candidates build confidence and present their best version in today’s competitive job market.
